LIFE REFLECTIONS
Juan Donell Bland affectionately known as 88 was born February 28, 1965, in Trenton NJ. Juan was a lifelong resident of Trenton he was formerly employed by Taste of Soul restaurant and ETS. He loved to DJ and had the nickname scratch nasty.
Juan was preceded in death by his sisters Deborah Bland and Kimberly Rhodes, his niece Andrea Bland, his fathers David Bland Jr and Leon Thomas Jr, Maternal grandparents Charles B Matlock Sr and Eva Mae Matlock, Paternal grandparents, David Bland Sr and Fannie Bell Bland, four uncles, Charles Matlock, Robert Matlock (Deborah), Donald Matlock, Charles Bland, two aunts, Marianne Brittingham, and Fannie Mae Strickland.
Juan is survived by his daughter Joycelin Campbell, his mother Charlene Bland Thomas, brothers Kirk Andre Carmen (Millicent), Eric Jamil (LeCoya), Leon Scott Jr (China), and Clifford Geddis. Two sisters Leslie Jones and Victoria Bland, Three Aunts, Loleta Matlock, Paula Terry (Marion), and Ethal Whetstone (Leroy), Two uncles, Gerald Matlock (Sandra) and Ira Brittingham. He also leaves to cherish fond memories with his close friends Cleveland Leslie, Forest Price, Wendell Hamilton, and the whole Fountain Ave crew, with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
