Robert Franklin (Jr.) Hubbard

Robert (Al Hakeem) Franklin Hubbard, Jr. was born to the late Robert Sr. and Mary Hubbard, in Burkeville, Virginia. His parents moved to Newark, NJ where he received his formal education and graduated from West Side High School. He worked for the Board of Education and Hooten’s Chocolate Company for many years. Al Hakeem is survived by his loving wife Tujuana of 32 years, his 3 children, Reeshema, Salideen, and Fatima. His brother Larry (Talot) Hubbard X, Talot’s children Kiesha, Tarif, Jameel, Sameera, Akbar and Latasha sister Belitha (Lisa) Hubbard her children Kena, Takerra, Sade, Fuquan, Nafee, and Hydia Al Hakeem is also survived by his Aunt Carolyn Garnes of Teaneck, NJ, and Uncle (Tommy) Qawi of Burkeville, Va.
