Quan Muhammad-Lee Williams (Chucky), son of the late Khalia Najim Muhammad (Valerie) and William Henry, was born on March 4, 1985 in Newark NJ. He departed this Earth on Friday, May 15, 2020.

Quan was devoted to his Deen. He was a very compassionate and loving Father for his one and only Son. He also would do anything for anyone due to he had a enormous Heart.
