Lapatrick 'Abdul Malik' Turner

Lapatrick Turner (Kayson) was born on May 24, 1965 to the late Willa Faye McCullough and James Earl McCullough of Dothan, Alabama.

He married Sheresa (38 years) and co-wife Joyce Atkins of 5 years. With Sheresa (Aisha) he leaves behind five children, Deron Turner, Nakia Turner, Nasia Turner, Kayla Turner, and Samaad Turner. He also leaves behind his grandkids, Darius, Kaiann, Evalena, and Kaamil.

He passed on June 9, 2020 at the young age of 55 years old in Newark, New Jersey and then entered the gates of paradise.

He wasn’t perfect but he had a big heart and always tried to make everyone in the room laugh. A very hardworking man who was all about his family and his grind.

His sisters, Theresa, AlFreda (Ronnie), and Mary, Aliza, Janee and brother James will miss him dearly along with a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

We all are going to miss him but now his spirit is walking with his mother (Willa), his grandparents ( Big Momma and Big Daddy), his older brother (Junior), his sister (Bettyann), and his nephew (Bryce).
