Clemene Louissaint of Haiti born March 11, 1961 to Loramond and Famila Louissaint. Clemene was born and raised in Haiti. Clemene also received her formal education in Haiti.

Clemene loved to have fun. She enjoyed reading and singing. Clemene loved people and was fun to be around. Clemene spent ten years living in Paris with her family. Clemene was a very hard-working businesswoman and she also had a ministry that she loved.

Clemene was survived by her children Montoban Pierre-Rene, Felicite Termitus, and Jimelly Jean Philppe, her siblings Mathilde, and Roland Louissaint. .
