Clara Loney Stevens-Boyd

Clara Boyd was born July 22, 1929 in Sumpter, South Carolina to Mable and John Loney. She moved to Linden, NJ at a young age. Clara attended Linden public schools system, and later in life she was employed at White Consolidated Industries. Clara was predeceased by three children Thomas, Carl, William Stevens and her husband John Boyd. Anyone that knew Clara, had the pleasure of experiencing her quick wit, and charisma. Her "one-liners" were one of a kind and she could make anyone laugh. She made a friend anywhere she went! Clara was known for her love of fashion and clothes. She LOVED to dine out at restaurants, shop, chat with friends, and most of all she absolutely adored her family. Clara will be greatly missed by all of her dear friends and loved ones. She is survived by her son, James Stevens and daughter-in-law Marsha Stevens, of Somerset, NJ, a daughter Khabira Aazeem of Douglasville, Georgia, sister Esther Eggleston of Cranford, New Jersey, grandchildren Jasmine, Joi and Jade Stevens, Michaelyn Haley, Damien Stevens, Thomas Milton Stevens III, Thomas Jin Stevens and ten great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
