Walter Hughes

Walter Lee Hughes born to Walter and Georgette Hughes February 21, 1955.  Walter grew up in East Orange and graduated from Clifford Scott High School.  Walter grew up in East Orange and graduated from Clifford Scott High School. 

Walter was an All Star athlete in both Hockey and Football.  Music was another passion and he joined a Reggae Band.  Walter was a very unique man, he marched to his own drummer.  And march no exaggeration.  Walter would walk from his home in Orange to his job in Verona in cowboy boots daily.  Walter was very dutiful you could call upon him for anything, just don’t call him late for dinner.

Walter leaves to cherish his memory, his brother James Callender, his Aunt Jewel Harris and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Walter is predeceased by his parents Walter and Georgette Hughes and brother Randolph Scott.
