          Tarif Ata Hall was born on February 23, 1984 to the late Vincent Hall and Catherine Hamilton in Newark New Jersey. Tarif graduated from Irvington High School in Irvington, New Jersey class of 2002. He then enlisted in the United States Navy as an Aviation Administrator.
